ROOM AND TABLE ARRANGEMENTS

Both private and semi-private arrangements may be made for most areas of our restaurant. The size of your group will generally determine the table layout and location. We reserve the right to relocate your group to a more appropriate area should your expected attendance significantly change.

MENU

Our chef creates seasonal menus using the finest, freshest ingredients. Please review our sample menus and then let us help you select or create the most appropriate menu for your event. A vegetarian option is always available upon request. Parties with 15 or more guests will order from our prix fixe private dining menus. For smaller groups of 15 guests or less, our daily menu is available.

We can also customize your menu by including a salutation or greeting of your choice. So that that our chef may order the fresh foods necessary for your menu, we require a final guest count and menu selection no later than 72 working hours prior to your event. Menu pricing does not include local sales tax or gratuity.

DEPOSITS & EVENT CONFIRMATION

We require a minimum deposit to confirm your event. The deposit will be applied to charges incurred on the day of your event. Only upon receipt of your deposit and a signed agreement, will your event be confirmed definite.

PAYMENT

We will prepare one invoice itemizing all charges, including food, non alcoholic & alcoholic beverages, bar service, decor, rental, cake cutting & corkage. We will present the invoice for your verification and payment. We accept cash, company checks and all major credit cards.

CAKE CUTTING FEE

We would be happy to provide a special dessert for your event. If you choose to provide your own dessert, we will present, plate and properly serve this for a small fee per guest, plus local sales tax & service charge.

GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT/MINIMUM CHARGES

A final confirmation of the guaranteed number of guests is required no later than 72 working hours prior to your event. Otherwise the guarantee listed on your contract will be considered the final count. This is the minimum you will be charged for on the day of your event. Should your guest count fall below this number you will still be charged. If there are more guests in attendance then the guarantee, we will bill accordingly. Food and Beverage minimum charges apply when we are reserving an area of our restaurant specifically for your event. Should your final food & beverage charges fall short of the agreed minimum the difference will then be billed as a room charge.

ADDITIONAL EVENT ASSISTANCE

We would be pleased to assist you with additional enhancements such as floral, photography, decor, balloons, audiovisual, or other services you may require.

TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE

Local sales tax and a (20%) service charge will be added to all food and beverage charges.
